This class is suited to those who would like to increase their sense of wellbeing through gentle exercise. For all ages and abilities, the slow and graceful movement sequences, synchronised with the breath, helps to bring about a sense of balance and harmony to the mind and body. It works to improve posture, mobility, coordination and balance, as well as ability to relax. A one hour session for two people. These can be booked more flexibly. The structure of the class tailors exercises to your specific aims/needs giving you a chance to focus on areas you'd like to improve and also deepen your practice. Along with the warming up and movement sequences, sessions can include a combination of guided relaxations, meditations and breathing exercises, stretching, posture and alignment work and exercises to improve balance, coordination and mind-body connection. These classes are £15 per person for 1 hour.

The classes can work to maintain fitness in people of all ages and abilities, particularly useful for people wishing to maintain mobility and increase health through gentle exercise. The classes can also be very helpful for groups with stress, depression or anxiety issues. They bring about a sense of inner calm and relaxedness as well as increasing mobility and reducing tension in the body. £40 per hour session.
