A bit about the treatments
The aim in my bodywork approach is to help you feel more at ease in your body and to grow a deeper sense of listening to self and enhanced ability to feel relaxed within your whole being. I use a combination of techniques which work to decrease pain and improve mobility whilst supporting a deeper mind-body connection, which I believe is a major key to wellness and healing. I listen closely to each individual to ensure that each session offers results in line with your needs and also opens you up to awareness of your health and wellbeing holistically. Suggestions for self-care are offered as a part of your treatment plan to enable you to feel more confident to support your own aims and process.
A bit about me
I became interested in the mind-body connection and its positive effect on health and wellbeing whilst studying Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban dance school. This understanding was further opened up through following my interest in the Eastern philosophies on health, and studying Chinese Medicine and Qigong. I completed a Foundation Degree in Complementary Healthcare at Brighton University in 2015 and went on to work as a Massage Therapist. I have continued to build on my knowledge and training to broaden my ability to help assist others in gaining more awareness and motivation for their own health and wellness goals.
