The class offers a real feel good factor for me. I feel each part of the class has a role in benefitting me and I come out of it feeling energised and balanced. I definitely plan on continuing as part of my wellbeing regime

Since doing this class I have noticed my shoulder mobility improved, I am much more aware of my posture and ability to relax my body has improved. Socially I feel better and more relaxed and I have learned to listen to my body and take things at a slower pace. Natalie is a lovely teacher.

I have managed to improve my posture, no more hunched shoulders! I have also found the calmness of the class particularly helpful and it has complemented my mindfulness classes. I enjoy learning the sequences which helps to improve my balance and coordination.

The classes are friendly and welcoming and instructions are easy to follow and understand. I find the relaxation and stretching parts of the class particularly helpful in helping me to stretch muscles I never knew could be stretched. My chronic pain issues and ability to kneel feels improved.
